Overdraft Protection

Members have two options for overdraft protection. One can be through their shares or another can be through a Line of Credit (LOC). If your checking account has insufficient funds to complete a transaction (NSF), funds are automatically transferred from your Regular Share account to your checking account in order to complete the transaction. Overdraft Protection through your Line of Credit transfers funds from (LOC) so that the transaction can be completed. Overdraft Lines of Credit are available up to $7,500.00. Members can choose to have both forms of Overdraft Protection accessing one before the other. To assist with the setup of an Overdraft Protection Line of Credit on your account please contact our loan department.


Audio Response Teller

This feature gives you the ability to get account balances, transfer funds, request checks, retrieve history information, calculate loan payments, and request credit services information with your telephone. To access your accounts through the Audio Response Teller please call (716) 362-0866 or (716) 362-0867. You will be prompted to enter your account number and your personal identification number. The personal identification number that you use for the Audio Response Teller is not the same as your PIN for your ATM or Debit Card. Your PIN needs to be changed upon your first access of your account.


Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit can be your best option in managing your accounts. It’s also easy to setup and maintain. Direct Deposit allows you to deposit your entire paycheck into either your Checking Account or Savings Account.

If your employer offers Direct Deposit to their employees then please furnish the following information to setup your payroll direct deposit:

ABA Routing Number: 222079974
Account Number: This is your member number
Checking or Savings: C or S


Automatic Payments

Payments can be made directly to the Cadets Federal Credit Union from any other bank or financial institution. If you would like to make a loan payment through Automatic Payments there is a form that needs to be filled out and signed. You will also need to provide your ABA Routing Number and your Account Number.

You can also have your bills paid directly from your Cadets Federal Credit Union Savings or Checking Account through electronic deductions. Please contact the credit union for assistance.


Home Banking

Home Banking allows you to access your accounts 24/7 from any computer with an internet connection from anywhere in the world. Online members can check balances, review transaction history, transfer funds, and request checks, request stop payments, apply for loans, pay bills and much more.

  • Online Loan Application – Members can logon to our Home Banking Site and complete an application.
  • e-Alerts – Members can setup automatic text message and email alerts to manage their accounts.
  • e-Statements – Sharetec sends a message via email when your statement has been prepaid. All you need to do is login to our Home Banking Site to view or print your statements.
  • Check Images – When you login to Home Banking just click on a check number and an image of the check will display.
  • Online Bill Pay – Can help you manage your bills without having to worry about paper bills and checks. Save time & money - No checks, No stamps, no hassle. With Bill Pay, you can pay your bills online.

Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking allows you to securely manage your accounts whenever and wherever you want. With, Mobile Banking, you can access balance information, pay your bills, transfer funds and even find nearby ATM’s using the browser on your mobile phone. With Mobile Banking, you can bank with complete confidence that your personal information is protected by advanced encryption technology to prevent unauthorized access. We also committed to protecting your privacy, so we will never transmit account number information.

  • Mobile Smartphone Apps – For smartphone users, our Apps are made specifically for your smartphone. They give you fast access to account information and use your phone’s built-in functions to provide a better banking experience. Our Apps are supported by iPad®, iPhone®, Blackberry® or Android®.
  • Mobile Website – For users who regularly browse the internet on their mobile phone. Mobile Website allows you to access account information and make transactions from your phone’s web browser.
  • Text Banking – For users with text plans but no mobile internet. Text Banking allows you to quickly request and receive account information via text message. You don’t need to sign in, and it’s just as secure as our other services.

Remote e-Signature

Allows members to e-sign loan documents anytime and anywhere with the Sharetec integrated remote e-Signature solution. Once the loan origination process is complete, simply click remote e-sign and you will get an email to complete the process.

With Remote Check Deposit, all you need is your iPad®, iPhone®, Blackberry® or Android® device to deposit checks directly into your account. Just set up your account and start making deposits on the go with the security of 128 bit encryption. Follow the steps below to check one more thing off your to-do list.

Wire Transfers

We offer members the ability to wire transfer funds for a fee. Please be sure to have all of your information for your wire transfer. The following information is needed to complete a domestic wire transfer. We encourage you to contact the financial institution that you are wiring funds to and ask for their wiring instructions.

  • Your member number with Cadets FCU.
  • Your transfer account with Cadets FCU (Checking or Savings).
  • The name of the financial institution that you are wiring funds to.
  • ABA routing number of the financial Institution you are wiring funds to.
  • Account number at the financial Institution where the funds will be deposited.
  • The name of the account holder at the financial Institution where the funds will be wired to.
  • The address of the account holder at the financial institution where the funds will be wired to.
